1st European Myeloma Nework Meeting
HARMONY Partners - University of Turin, the Institute for Biomedical Research of Salamanca (IBSAL), ErasmusMC - are involved in organising the 1st European Myeloma Network Meeting, that will be held at the Lingotto Conference Center in Turin, Italy, from 19-21 April.
Multiple Myeloma is one of the 7 diseases on which HARMONY focuses. The EMN 2018 will be a great opportunity for everyone to strengthen bonds between teams and start new collaborations, which will ultimately result in new opportunities and advances for the benefit of patients. This event is organized under the umbrella of the European Myeloma Network and it seeks to go beyond national boundaries by including research groups from all over Europe.
The European Myeloma Network was established in 2003 by integrating 27 research institutions and 14 trial groups with the intention to support development of novel diagnostics and therapies for multiple myeloma. Many members of the EMN 2018 Scientific Board are participating in the HARMONY Alliance within the Multiple Myeloma group, such as M. Boccadoro (University of Turin), P. Sonneveld (Erasmus MC), and Maria-Victoria Mateos (IBSAL).
