The 3rd HARMONY General Assembly 2018 is organised on 4 and 5 October 2018 at the Hospital Universitario La Fe de la Comunidad Valenciana (HULAFE) in Valencia. HULAFE is one of the 53 HARMONY Alliance Partners.
At the General Assembly, Alliance Partners and Associated Members meet to discuss topics that are important for all stakeholders and patients to get access to the right treatment at the right time, such as definition and alignment on outcomes. Apart from keynote presentations, working meetings are organised by each of the 8 Work Packages. In addition, work sessions are organized among 7 hematologic malignancies disease groups.
The General Assembly is a highly valuable annual Alliance meeting only to be attended by the Alliance Partners and Associated Members, both from a substance as from a collaborative perspective.

Public-private partnership for Big Data in Hematology
HARMONY and HARMONY PLUS are funded through the Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI), Europe's largest public-private initiative aiming to speed up the development of better and safer medicines for patients. Funding is received from the IMI 2 Joint Undertaking and is listed under grant agreement for HARMONY No. 116026 and grant agreement for HARMONY PLUS No. 945406. This Joint Undertaking receives support from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme and the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA).
