At 4 February 2019 representatives of HARMONY Patient Cluster together with HARMONY experts in research and datascience will discuss the prospective outlook of Big Data in hematology for patients. An interactive program to discuss the difference Big Data can make in blood cancer research and what it can mean for patients.
The meeting will address the difference BigData can really make in blood cancer research and what it can mean for patients, particular in the 7 Hematological Malignancies: Acute lymphoblastic leukemia, Acute Myeloid Leukemia, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, Myelodysplastic Syndromes, Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma and Pediatric Hematologic Malignancies.
In addition topics that will be discussed in the interactive set up are involvement of patient communities both in HARMONY projects and in related activities, as well as information needs.
